One of my friends that wants to invest in my self publishing journey is a very eccentric older gentleman. He wants me to present him with a ledger and plan, which if I was opening a business I would understand. Bit really?

He is making me feel like I am on Literary Shark Tank or something. Then again, I can't lie, the traditional publishing route (what I call #QueryIsland) often makes writers feel that way as well.

Both endeavors, traditional and self pub, have their hurdles. I am learning a lot, but really abhor the shark tank treatment. Such is the way though.

I am giving it my best, well .mostly, still have to get in some gaming and time with the family and friends. I sooooo need my support system now. They are my rock. Also I love and will always need God. He has done so much for me and nothing else compares.
